Nitpick: The current case in not the CA Supreme Court, it's in (if I'm not mistaken) a 9th circuit court, which happens to be located in California.
In fact, the CA Supreme Court has already ruled in favor of same-sex marriage, and then in favor of the right of 52% of CA voters to take away that right. So it goes.

You are not mistaken Tyler. You're absolutely correct. The 9th District court is a federal court of appeals. Thank you for catching that error on our behalf.
